TOSHIBA battery installed on MITSUBISHI Melservo MR-J3 Servo amplifiers (such as the following Series MR-J3-A, MR-J3-B, MR-J3-A4, MR-J3-B, MR-J3-B4, MR-J3-T and MR-J3-T4 MAZAK C52100 D50U5A00160 range) or CNC Machines using MITSUBISHI Controller or PLC Memory Backup units who requires this type of battery TOSHIBA ER6V/3.6V. Voltage of this battery is 3.6V (2000mAh). This MITSUBISHI MR-J3BAT Battery comes with a 2 pins micro-connector and 2 wires cable (see the photo attached) to connect on your own MR-J3BTCBL03M.

MITSUBISHI MR-J3 BAT Lithium battery 3.6 Volts (48 X 15MM). Cable length is 5cm.

Compatible and replaces the following Batteries P/N and references : MITSUBISHI MelServo BA000518, 160224, ER6V-C119B, ER6VC11 9B, TOSHIBA ER6VC119B, MR-J3 BAT, ER6VC119A, MR-J3-BAT, MR-J3BAT, MRJ3BAT

MR-J3BAT is a battery built in a servo drive unit. Install this battery only in the servo drive unit that executes absolute position control. Insert the cable end connector of the battery into the BAT terminal of the drive unit. Be careful not to catch battery extension cable on peripheral equipment or by your fingers. Doing so may cause a disconnection of the CN4 connector due to stress on the connector connection part.

Battery warning with the following MR-J3 Alarm 9F, 92 Code display symbol on your Mitsubishi drive or a Battery voltage low warning message from your Controller/CNC. Battery cable disconnection warning which also means Absolute position detection system battery voltage is low. Battery voltage supplied from the servo amplifier to the encoder fell to about 3V or less. (Detected with the encoder) so you need to change the MR-J3BAT Battery from the Servo amplifier.

How to replace the Mitsubishi MR-J3BAT battery on a Mitsubishi MR-J3 Servo amplifier , follow these steps:

Press down on the mounting attachment lever
Pull out the battery
Replace the battery with only the control circuit power ON. Removal of the battery
with the control circuit power OFF will erase the absolute position data.
