Fanuc SRAM (BMU Replacement) board reference Fanuc A16B-2201-0132 for sale online. This is a Fanuc SRAM 1M-1 type as replacement for Fanuc Bubble memory board from Fanuc CNC Control system Fanuc 11 or Fanuc 2. The bubble memory boards used in the Fanuc Series 11 and 12 CNC products are no longer manufactured. A less-expensive SRAM replacement PCB for the bubble memory board is available. This Fanuc Sram type A16B-2201-0132 replaces the Fanuc A87L-0001-0084 reference.


The Fanuc A16B-2201-0132 comes with a warranty.

The Fanuc SRAM A16B-2201-0132 board IS NOT initialized with the same procedure as the Bubble Memory Board since there are no error loops with RAM memory. Initialization is performed by holding keys 7 and 9 down while powering up (similar to the Series 10/15 controls). The SRAM board contains on-board Lithium cells that support the memory. Backup memory with tape punch, floppy, host computer before replacing existing Bubble Memory board or SRAM board.
